Let it Breathe – Red Wine Serving Techniques

Learn how the effects of time and oxygen management effects the wine tasting experience. Two Gervasi signature reds; Barile Cabernet Sauvignon and Serenata will be utilized with various tasting and timing procedures; served from the bottle, an aerator, and a decanter. Enjoy a delicious antipasti cup during your class.

Plan an entire evening out and enjoy dinner in The Bistro or The Crush House before or after the tasting event, or continue with cocktails and live music at The Still House.
