Involtini di Pesce Spada - grilled swordfish, olives, capers, garlic, lemon. Paired with Unita.
Fourth Course: Lombardy
Osso Buco, brasied carrots, saffron risotto, gremolata. Paired with Amarone.

Torta Della Nonna. Pastry crust, lemon and vanilla custard, pinenuts. Paired with Tesoro.
