Gervasi’s Spiced Rum is a finely tailored blend of aged rums creating an amber amalgam of aromas and flavors.  Experience notes of caramel and butterscotch with harmonic layers of vanilla, cinnamon and hints of cherry.

Gervasi’s Maple Cask Bourbon is finished in maple syrup casks that previously held bourbon. Enjoy nuances of sweet maple syrup interlayered with bourbon’s spice and honey tones.

Summer has yielded to autumn. Riesling grapes linger on vines. Flavors concentrate to become a lush, sweet wine that we lightly age in bourbon barrels. Enjoy expressions of honey and apricot with layers of bourbonesque legacies.




Tickets are $29 per person. If you are purchasing less than 6 tickets, you will be at a table mixed with other groups. If you wish to be seated with a group and are purchasing tickets separately, please note this in the comments box at checkout. We will use best efforts to accommodate group requests when notified in advance. It is often not possible to accommodate group seating requests at the door. If one member of the group can purchase tickets for all members, that is the easiest way to ensure everyone can sit together.

* This event is non-refundable/non-transferable and will be held rain or shine. No physical tickets will be issued. Please check in under the purchaser’s name upon arrival. The event will last approximately 45 minutes.


The BistroThe Crush House and The Piazza (weather permitting) will be open for lunch and dinner.  Reservations are recommended for dining in The BistroThe Crush House and The Piazza offer first come, first served, hosted seating with more casual dining options.
