The most crucial element to a delicious, crispy, NY style pie is the dough. We begin building our dough by hand and preparing it for a slow 72hr fermentation period. Next, we will dive into two delicious sauces, a traditional red made with fresh domestic tomatoes, and a Brooklyn style white with ricotta and cream. You can’t make Pizza without cheese and we will be using a mix of fresh and aged mozzarella to create a perfect balance of texture and an authentic east coast taste. Next stop: toppings. Choose from pepperoni, mushroom, arugula or make it a classic New York plain, the choice is yours. Finally, Mike shows you the fool proof way to stretch, top, and launch your pizza into the oven easily and smoothly every time! After the bake, enjoy your masterpiece and share with your fellow pizzaiolos.  Leave with your own hand made dough and sauce to continue your Pizza making at home!
